Have spinal degeneration l4 / l5, experiencing low back pain spreading across hips. Have had a facet injection 2 years ago, Participated in a medical trial (spinal service - human growth hormone injection) 1 year ago. Received spinal manipulation and chiropractic care (including traction) over 7 years. Have tried accupuncture and massage - probably the most beneficial. Never tried Osteopathy Am otherwise healthy, slim, Non smoker, 42 y/o and not yet ready for surgery. Can you help? Potential future LONG TERM patient.
